 Lennox Balkissoon, Owner-Operator

Len is a a licensed tradesman with  35 years in the Construction trades. A licensed Master electrician and a Master plumber, Len has mastered his craft and has become a journeyman in almost all areas of construction. As an entrepreneur he founded LEC Contracting in 1994 and has grown an impressive client base, who have trusted him to return for all their home renovation needs. He has shared his passion for his craft with his children and mentored countless young apprentices, who have become Journeymen and Journeywomen in their own crafts here in Canada, in the Caribbean and in Mexico. Len is a firm supporter of breaking down barriers so that women and racialized skilled workers are welcomed into the trades and industry.
